Good early pressure anticipated with a large contingent of first starters. TENAREEF (9) missed the frame on debut then improved last time when 0.9 lengths away in third over 1200m at Greyville. Has good early speed. Looks well placed to open his account. MOCHA MAGIC (5) is a well-related two-year-old colt making his first appearance at the races. By Rafeef from Varachino who has produced some fine gallopers, including winners at black type level. CAPTAIN COOPER (1) ran below expectations last time at this track, finishing 12th and beaten 13 lengths starting at $6.50. Steps up a level but he is worth another chance. REACHINGFORTHEMOON (7) is facing the starter for the first time. By Horizon and is out of the Robyn Klaasen stable. Worth watching for a betting push.
