Darkened Destiny has good early speed and can set a decent tempo. NEARA REWARD (13) won as expected fresh up at Toowoomba a fortnight ago when racing away to score by over 4 lengths. That win was very impressive and he has obviously come back a lot stronger this prep. A wide draw is no help at all but he will be even sharper second up and can overcome that obstacle. Go again. BOOMI'S BUDDY (1) is usually very competitive at this level and showed that he has lost none of his dash by winning fresh up at Warwick. He has won 3 times on this course in the past and there is no reason why he can't win again. BARCELONA EXPRESS (2) fought on bravely when finishing third fresh up at Ballina 3 weeks ago. The extra furlong will suit him and another honest effort can be expected. Each way. FLYING TYROL (6) strips fitter third up and is ready to feature. Don't take lightly. SUGGESTED PLAY: Neara Reward to win.
