Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Will prove tough to beat. NISHINO SPICA (9) doesn't win out of turn, scoring just once from 11 starts. Again tasted defeat last start when sixth over 1700m at Fukushima Dirt, beaten 7 lengths. Akihide Tsumura gets the best out of this five-year-old mare. Placed to advantage so expect a big run. PAI LIVRER (10) finished 6 lengths away in tenth last time out over 1200m at Nakayama Dirt five weeks ago. Steps up in distance today. Has good early toe so she should be handy in the run. Winning claims on best figures. ETERNEL (15) was unplaced two runs back when fresh from a spell then again missed the frame last start over 1400m at Chukyo Dirt, beaten 5.5 lengths into seventh. Capable of featuring prominently.
