MASTER ARCHIE AT STUD PINNACLE STAKES 1400m

Track: GOOD   Rain (Max: 22)   Zero on the back straight to 4m on the bend with a 4m spur at the 700m mark.  

Abundant early pace from the speedy trio of Eye Of The Prophet, Atticus Finch and Forever Mine. ATTICUS FINCH (2) was in need of his debut effort over 1600m on this course. He would have come on from the run and should strip much fitter. He has placed over this course and distance previously and with luck in the running he may find himself in the winner's enclosure. CELTIC RUMOURS (6) ran a decent race in her last start over this course and distance when finishing fourth of 10. From her good draw of two she should give the males a decent run for their money. ZINOVI (5) was an easy winner of his last start over 1200m on the Inside course. He does take a rise in class but should give a good account of himself. LAGUNA VERDE (9) has been in the market at his last couple of starts but hasn't made an impression, last start running sixth of eight at this track. Rates as a place chance.
