YOSHI TANREI (4) started at $4.20 last time and ran below expectations, finishing tenth and beaten 5 lengths at Chukyo over 1600m. Finds a nice race and can bounce back. HURRICANE RIDGE (1) returns from a spell of three months. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when 12th over 1800m at Tokyo. Commendable record at this trip with a win and three minor placings and shapes as one to consider. KITTEN'S MARCH (6) made progress last start to finish second over 1600m at Chukyo. Well placed to feature in the finish.
