Moderate pace with Parchemin taking up the running ahead of Anotherlovelyday and Irene's Best.
Well-bred former NSW mare IRENE'S BEST (10) turned in an encouraging performance when finishing strongly for second over this course and distance in her first start for new stable last start. If she can run up to that again she will take plenty of beating. ANOTHERLOVELYDAY (9) is consistent in this grade with six placings from 12 starts. Finished third as favourite last-start over this course and distance, 3.5 length behind runner-up Irene's Best. Among the leading contenders again. PARCHEMIN (7) raced too keenly two starts ago over this distance and weakened in the straight. Worked home soundly over a shorter trip last time and can give a sight over this distance again now. READY ENABLE (4) is fitter for this and the addition of blinkers on for the first time from a soft draw could spark and improved showing at odds. SUGGESTED PLAY: Irene's Best to win.
