WORLD OF ALICE (10) produced a promising debut effort over 1400m on this course last start when finishing third of eight over 1400m. She would have gained from the experience and will like the rise to the mile. With the natural improvement that is expected she should be hard to beat. TOO LATE MY MATE (3) won well last start at the second time of asking when sent out as the favourite. She is a progressive type and merits healthy respect. QUEEN OF FIRE (2) set the pace when winning her last start over 1400m at the Vaal. If seeing out the extra distance on offer she should go close to taking this race out. FATAL FLAW (1) was an easy winner when shedding her maiden tag at the third time of asking. Progressive type with winning claims.
