Expecting Untethered and My Uncle Did It to press forward and set the tempo. MY UNCLE DID IT (9) is knocking on the door and looks well placed. She's just found one better in her past couple of starts, beaten a nose two back at Camperdown and then good to the line at Colac last time. Back out to 2200m here suits and she'll be hard to beat. WHAT A CROSS (6) has been below his best of late but should find this easier and could improve. His best form is in higher grade than this and he draws well. UNTETHERED (2) has won a jumps trial easily since his latest run, well beaten in a stronger race here. He should be very fit and can take catching. SIDE PIECE (8) stuck on well in similar company last time at Horsham and sets up well from the inside gate. SUGGESTED PLAY: My Uncle Did It to win.
