Solid tempo with Cut Back leading from Bradshaw and Yell Queen. CUT BACK (9) was far too good first up last start when he scored by 6 lengths over 1400m at this track. Record at this trip is excellent and looks sure to be in the finish again. BRADSHAW (8) used the rails draw to good effect last start, bouncing straight to the lead and scoring an all-the-way win over 1400m at this track. One of the top chances again. COUPERIN (1) last appeared when he finished second over 1300m at Kochi on December 6. Has switched to the Yoshimi Masayuki stable. Comes here with definite top-three claims. LEO BRILLANT (4) was easily accounted for when sixth last start, after a good first-up win at this track. In the mix.
