Genuine tempo with Triple Spirit leading the way. A few chances here. The leaning is to VILLA CAPITALISTA (5) who ran on well first up at Ballarat, finishing a very narrow third there with improvement to come. 1100m looks ideal now and he'll be very hard to hold out late for the Bates/Dabernig combination. TRIPLE SPIRIT (16) ran well on debut last start to finish third over 1000m at Wangaratta and will improve off that. Hard to beat for the Freedman yard. WEASEL SEA (15) is a gelding by Rubick on debut for the Warren yard who can run well off the back of strong, winning jumpout form. Respecting the early support for him. They look the main three, next best would be SILVER SNOW (2) who has pieces of form that can figure. SUGGESTED PLAY: Villa Capitalista to win.
