Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Lucky Moon. EXTREME RULER (1) spiked his figures narrowly beaten at Belmont on a slow track. He settled back and hit the line hard. The longer sprint will suit and holding the form he'll be tough to beat. WYNN LAS VEGAS (13) debuts for a top barn and Pike sticks from a sharp trial at Lark Hill. Draws awkwardly, but he looks to have good ability, and this is winnable. NEAP TIDE (2) will race over further, but he's trialled well and might be more forward this time around. He's in good hands and the betting will be key. ABSTRACTED (8) is running out of chances, but she has pieces of form that would see her competitive. Maps better today and can fill a minor slot. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to Extreme Ruler.
