PIENA BRICKS (2) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 1400m at Kasamatsu after being in contention on the corner. No tougher this time and looks to have the edge. FULL HEART BEAT (11) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third here after being in the firing line on the corner. Finds a suitable race and can play a major role. BIG PIQUANTE (6) finished in sixth last start over 1400m at this track, an improvement on her eighth at this track the run before. This is a nice drop in grade so she's right in the mix. HOSHO LINA (10) resumes. Didn't make an impact at her only run last prep back June but is a likely improver. Keeping safe.
