Pace looks sure to be genuine with Donebravo and Doc's Nipper matching motors, closely followed by Zourosa. ZOUROSA (12) was tried in Stakes grade in Adelaide on debut and then resumed at Moe backed off the map and didn't handle the heavy 9 surface. Jamie Melham sticks aboard the local and stripping fitter she'll take beating. DONEBRAVO (8) resumes off a narrow defeat in an Open 2 at Sandown-Hillside. Has been seasoned with three jumpouts, and may control the race from an inside barrier. Rates up to this. DOC'S NIPPER (3) went close at Sale two back on a good track, and that's the best pointer to his chances. Maps well and will arrive at peak fitness. BEHAVE SHAMUS (2) is a local who can show more at his second outing. Stackhouse stays aboard and can use an inside barrier to advantage. GIRL SCOUT (10) debuts with the blinkers on and has jumped out well. The gate is tricky, but she's likely to go well. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Zourosa.
