Shinobu Murakami has been the pilot at his last two wins. Top chance again. KNIFE REST (1) showed early speed from a good draw last time and led throughout to score by 1.3 lengths over 1200m at Morioka Dirt. Strong record with Yu Suzuki aboard, including two wins. Sure to be competitive again. MEISHO SOGON (10) saluted two runs ago then turned in a decent effort last time out when second over 1400m here. One of the main hopes. CLEAN SLATE (11) missed the frame last start over 1400m at this track when fourth. In the mix.
