Big field and with plenty of pace engaged they are not likely to loaf. ANCIENT WORLD (1) was slightly disappointing in his last start over 1900m on the polytrack. His form prior to that outing was consistent. He won his only attempt over this course and distance and will be looking to keep that record intact. MASTER FUEGO (5) has good consistent form lines to his credit. He stayed on well when finishing third of eight over 1600m on this course last time. He resumes from a spell and if not in need of this run he should be one of the leading contenders. LUCKY MISS (7) was not disgraced when finishing fifth of 16 over 2000m last time. Two of her five career victories have come on this course. She should give the males a decent run for their money. MARAUDING HORDE (8) ran below expectations last time out at Greyville over 2400m, finishing 10th. Likely to push forward and race up on the pace. Has each-way claims.
