Zimbara to take charge ahead of Star Venture at a strong tempo. RIVA D'AMOR (10) returned in good order with a strong win here before just missing the frame at the Gold Coast last time out. Will be cherry-ripe now third run back and gets in well at the weights with the 2kg claim. Rates a major contender. STAR VENTURE (4) saves her best form for this six-furlong journey with a win and four placings from just six attempts. High on confidence now and shapes as a key player. EAST WEST MISS (7) broke the maiden status last start and Collis sticks in the stirrups. Can be very competitive again. INQUISITOR (3) is better than the last couple suggest and rounds out the selections. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Riva D'amor.
