TAI HANG HANDICAP 1000m Track: GOOD
A solid tempo from Plentiful, Parents' Love and Diamond Soars all kicking up to take advantage of their low draws. PLENTIFUL (7) was forced to do plenty of work from wide draws last campaign after spending a year off the scene, but wasn't disgraced there. He's trialled well coming in and maps beautifully down low for Derek Leung. Can roll forward, sit on the speed and take plenty of catching. HAPPY TANGO (1) hasn't trialled since his last effort when a beaten favourite over this course and distance. Karis Teetan replaces the apprentice hoop now and he looks well placed in this event. Can roll forward and be close to the speed and he'll be right there to pounce if fit enough. ACE TALENT (5) was solid when dropping back to this grade in March this year but hasn't raced since. He's only had one trial coming into this, but Bowman hops on which suggests he's going well at home. May need some luck from the alley, but he won't be far away if he gets it. PARENTS' LOVE (4) gets Purton in the saddle now as he drops in grade and a sharp turnaround in form is expected.
