Plenty of early pace with Reine Banquet and Tsutsu Uraura to vie for the lead, pressured by Vina Ben Tre and Lagoon Liberty. LAGOON LIBERTY (3) went forward last time and battled on gamely to finish just a head from the winner in second over 1400m at this track. Drawn to advantage. Finds a suitable race and can play a major role. REINE BANQUET (6) ran well on debut last start to finish second over 800m at this track in a tougher race. Has plenty of upside so she should pay to follow. TSUTSU URAURA (7) will find this a little easier than his second on debut a month ago, beaten 1.5 lengths at the end of 800m at this track. Has plenty of upside so he can feature again. CREST LINE (8) was better last start at this track and can figure.
