From the wide gate Ecoro Vega can cross and lead a race without a great deal of pace on paper. ECORO VEGA (10) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1200m at this track. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is one of the key runners. S K CAT (12) settled well back then found the line nicely to finish fifth over this journey at this track last time out. Sure to prove tough to stop. BLUE PEARL (8) is a seven-start maiden who is knocking on the door, the latest effort a solid fourth at this track over 1200m. Finds a more suitable contest and can get the job done. HUNTING GEAR (3) has been in the market at his last couple of starts since resuming but hasn't made an impression, last start finishing fifth over 1400m at Urawa. Can improve and is worth including.
