Pectoral and Grass Cheer can take forward positions at a moderate tempo. CHANCE MAKER (7) was prominent at the turn and progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 1500m here. Looks well placed so expect another big run. PECTORAL (5) has switched yards since finishing 12th three-and-a-half weeks ago over 1800m at Niigata Dirt. One of the better hopes. EARTH HEROINE (3) is yet to break through after nine starts but not far off a win. Missed the frame but was thereabouts last time over 1500m at this track. Well placed here and among the hopes. GRASS CHEER (9) strode forward early from her wide draw last start over 1500m at this track only to fade late and finish seventh. Can figure in the finish.
