A slick tempo on the cards with Holpin and Fine Future battling for the lead ahead of Ruscheyne and Mateo. FINE FUTURE (1) missed by a narrow margin when resuming in town last month. Not as effective here last start but should be peaking now as he drops back to 1200m. Leading player. WHISKERS HARBOUR (13) is an Ocean Park gelding on debut for the smart R & C Jolly camp who have a terrific record with first starters. Drawn sticky but gets a key booking in Toeroek and strips fitter for a nice trial here in readiness. Can make a bright start. GOONSUN (2) only warmed to his task late on debut at Strathalbyn, taking good ground off his rivals late. Blinkers going on first time will have him focused but he draws poorly again.
