Tricky one to map with a large contingent of first starters but over this trip there is certain to be plenty of early pressure. PLAZA (3) nice filly improving with racing. Having her third race start here after sitting on the speed when fourth over 1100m at Warwick Farm on June 5. Close to her top now and must be kept safe. STARDEEL (8) two-year-old colt by Dundeel from Alta Stella on debut for the Baker yard. Has shown a ton of speed in his two trials and gets his chance from the good gate. OH DIAMOND LIL (2) three-year-old filly by So You Think out of Rare Diamond on debut for the Pfieffer yard. Has shown ability in a handful of trials and sure to be strong late. HYPERBOLIC (9) two-year-old filly by Proisir out of Piazza on debut for the Widdup stable. Trained on the track and won a recent trial over 1000m at Hawkesbury on June 3. Gets her chance from the inside gate. SUGGESTED PLAY: Hard to split Plaza and Stardeel.
