Pace strong with Extra Light and Bowers pressing forward and Tosen Memoria kicking up from the inside alley. RICKEY MACCHIATO (4) built on a nice second two starts back at this track with success over 1500m at this track five-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 3 lengths. Meeting a tougher field but on current form she is capable of testing her rivals. TOSEN MEMORIA (1) made progress last start to finish second over 1400m at this track after being in the firing line on the bend. Taking on a better line-up this time but she is up to the challenge. FUKU ADEL (12) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Funabashi over 1500m after being prominent from the outset. Generally takes a sit but the draw makes it tricky. Well placed this line-up and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. TWILIGHT DRESS (9) proved too strong two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when eighth over 1400m at Kawasaki, beaten 6 lengths. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
