Kembla Grange   13 Aug 2022

GOING: S

Nelson, Butterbeen Mdn Hcp 1200m

Track: SOFT 5   Rain (Max: 16)   Rail: Out 6m 1100m-W/Post. Out 3m Remainder.

Plenty of first starters engaged which makes for a tricky map. It is reasonable to assume a genuine tempo over this sprint course. THE SEVEN SEAS (6) appreciated the drop in class first up to post a career best result. Senior rider and a sweet draw keep him right in this. HAIL TO THE QUEEN (7) would have pleased connections first up after almost a year off. Awkwardly drawn but with added fitness can offer a sharper effort here. VIBURNUM (10) was much more competitive last start at this venue and trip. Nicely in with the claim and should pay to follow now. ASTRA WALLY (4) has been doing plenty right in his trials and jags a sweet debut draw. Definite threat in this line up. SUGGESTED PLAY: The Seven Seas win.
