Good early pace assured with Waverider Buoy, True Crime and Stonecoat matching motors. YOSHINO (3) has improved with every run this preparation and was a good winner at Kembla Grange last start when he always appeared in firm control. Obviously up in grade but is trending the right way and a key booking with Clipperton aboard. WAVERIDER BUOY (6) was unable to reel in Troach last start but still ran well and looks to get every chance from the inside draw. Bowman takes over and she looms as the main danger. TRUE CRIME (2) was too strong in the swamp last start, winning the sole race before they called the meeting off. Hard to get a gauge on where he sits back onto a firmer surface but obviously has to be included, along with STONECOAT (5) who he beat last start. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Yoshino to take that next step.
