Has a strong record at this distance with a win and three minor placings from four starts and is among the leading chances. WIN FEDE (2) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better here, beaten only half a length. The engagement of Masaaki Ohata is a positive move. Enjoys a drop in grade so he is a major player. ETERNAL PRIDE (12) did a great job to score by a neck over this course and distance last start in a far better run. Goes up a rung or two but she is capable of another big run. SHINKO MACHAN (1) next best.
