From wide out Jasper Win can slide over and set up a genuine tempo. SUNRISE FLAME (14) finished 3 lengths from the winner in third when resuming last start in the G3 Negishi Stakes at Tokyo Dirt over this distance. Has never been out of the money in five starts at this trip, including four wins. Will find this much easier. Leading contender. MOZU RICKEY (9) is back at the races for the first time since January 6. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1400m at this track. Has found the right race. HULM (15) comes here off a last-start fifth, beaten 4.5 lengths, over 1400m at Tokyo Dirt. Sure to be competitive. SATONO TEMPEST (3) did his best work late and finished third last time over 1200m at Kyoto Dirt, beaten one length. Will trim down following recent racing. Placed to advantage so expect another bold run.
