Good pressure from the outset with Cosmo Buddleja, Melt Your Heart and Ora Veritas taking up the running over From Now On and Vairumati. MARSHALL POINT (7) is a promising type who hasn't raced since finishing 8 lengths away in 13th over 2400m in the G2 TV Tokyo Hai Aoba Sho (Japanese Derby Trial) on April 27 which was the only run of that prep. Has two wins to his name when fresh from a spell. Leading contender on best figures. COSMO BUDDLEJA (5) showed good early pace over 2000m at Sapporo last time and kept going to score by 1.3 lengths. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. MELT YOUR HEART (9) returned from a spell three weeks ago when she was in contention on the bend before being beaten 8 lengths into fifth over 2000m at Chukyo. Strips fitter and can feature. VAIRUMATI (3) performed above expectations when resuming last time over 2000m at Sapporo, finishing 1.2 lengths from the winner in fourth after starting at huge odds. Can play a role again.
