Noah has good gate speed and likely to set a genuine tempo with the advantage of the inside draw. NOAH (2) is getting fitter with each run back from a spell and will be peaking third up. He is drawn to get the run of the race early on and will be among the hardest to beat in this. OUR ESPRIT (10) is making her Queensland debut for a new trainer off the back of a last-start second at Newcastle over a month ago. That sort of form should stack up nicely in this and she won't be a maiden for much longer. I SAW THE LIGHT (7) was at long odds when finishing second on debut at Doomben. She is perfectly placed here with a couple of kilos less to carry and can get the job done, especially from her handy gate. PRICE COST (4) next best. SUGGESTED PLAY: I Saw The Light to win
