NUM TIME COMMENT
1 10:05 Maiden Race 1200m
KANREI STAR (8) finished second, beaten 6 lengths, when resuming from a spell last start over 1200m at this track after she was prominent at the turn. Better for that hit-out and can run a bold race. ADMI (5) comes here off a break of ten weeks. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1200m at this track. Has ability and should be right in the finish. MARMALADE SKY (11) finished second, beaten 1.5 lengths, when resuming from a spell last start over 1200m at this track after she was in contention on the bend. Placed to advantage so expect another forward showing. ECORO SERENA (12) finished 6 lengths from the winner in fifth after being prominent at the turn at her most recent appearance over 1200m at this track. Finds the right race and is worth consideration.
2 10:35 Maiden Race 1800m
AOHARU BLUES (5) made progress last time out but was no match for a tearaway winner at the end of 1800m at this track after looking a chance on the turn. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. GUARDIAN TALE (14) returns after three months in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a seventh over 1800m at this track. Nicely placed and expected to kick the prep off in a positive manner. ADMIRE ULTRA (12) returns after 12 weeks in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a 14th over 2000m at Nakayama. Should be ready to run a bold race. LORD LUIRE (10) is a nicely bred three-year-old colt on debut. By Just A Way from Vouivre who has produced some fine gallopers, including winners at black type level. All set to make a positive start to his career.
3 11:05 Maiden Race 1200m
CRIOLLO GOLD (3) is back after a break of 11 weeks. Went close to a maiden win before the layoff, finishing third at his latest appearance over 1200m at this track. Set to return in style. JORVIK (4) is a two-start maiden who filled a minor placing at Tokyo Dirt at the last run before spelling. Good chance to open this campaign on a winning note. 4 11:35 Maiden Race 2880m

Can continue the bright start to the campaign. MEISHO GEKIRIN (4) turned in a nice effort last time out when he scored on the flat over 2200m at Kyoto. Lining up over the jumps for the first time. Expected to make a solid transition to jumping. GOLDEN STEP (13) last raced in a maiden steeplechase (2880m) at this track three months ago, finding one better and beaten just 2.5 lengths in a much better effort than the previous run. Strong contender if runs to latest figure. MILLENNIUM HEROINE (12) was unplaced first-up two starts back in a maiden steeplechase (2860m) at Kokura. Improved and finished third last time, beaten 3.5 lengths, in a maiden steeplechase (2880m) at this track. Expecting another bold run.
5 12:25 Maiden Race 1600m

6 12:55 Maiden Race 1800m
VENT D'ESPERANCE (4) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1800m at this track, beaten only one length. Nicely placed to take this out. A BIENTOT (8) stepped out for his debut over 1800m at Tokyo back on January 31 and finished tenth, beaten 6 lengths. Expect there is more to offer than that - can improve sharply. QUAD FORZA (3) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 1800m at this track, beaten only 0.8 lengths. Likely improver who looks sure to play a big role.
7 01:25 Allowance Race 2000m
MAGLIA IRIDATA (1) is a promising type who finished in the placings over 2000m at this track at her last appearance on January 12 which was the only run of that campaign. Has never been out of the placings first-up from five tries. Looks a cut above this field. ARITHMETIQUE (7) wound up strongly only to just miss when first-up as favourite last start over 2000m at Kokura. Sure to derive great benefit from that run. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run again. PASTORALE (8) did a fair job at his last run before going for a spell on January 31, finishing eighth and beaten 3.5 lengths over 1800m at Tokyo. Capable of a bright return. ROGERLEY MINE (2) is a handy type who resumes after a break of 11 months. Only appeared once last prep when she finished 17th over 2000m in the G2 Sankei Sports Sho Flora Stakes (Japanese Oaks Trial) at Tokyo, beaten 8 lengths. Capable of a bold run while fresh.

Looks well placed and he is worth including. DOGWOOD (8) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 2000m at Hanshin. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within his grasp. BROWN BANANA (1) showed good early speed and raced on the pace when first-up after a spell last start before fading to finish fifth, beaten 3 lengths, over 2400m at Tokyo. Sure to run a bold race.
10 03:05 CHIBA NIPPO HAI 1800m
LIZARD ISLAND (6) was pretty plain when resuming from a spell last start over 1800m at this track, beaten 12 lengths after being in contention on the turn. It doesn't get any easier but with added fitness he is good enough to stage a big form reversal. OLIVE GREEN (3) proved too strong two runs ago at Chukyo Dirt. Couldn't follow that up last time out when fifth over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt, beaten 4.5 lengths. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is worth serious consideration. PIKO SEA (11) resumes in a similar race to his last run 12 weeks ago when fourth, beaten 4.5 lengths. Sure to make his presence felt. NISHINO BLAZEST (9) ran below his best last start when beaten 10 lengths into 11th from a wide draw over today's course and distance. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Likely to give backers a sight.
11 03:45 THE LORD DERBY CHALLENGE TROPHY 1600m
FERVENT (8) is back from a spell of three months. Was narrowly beaten at his only appearance when last in work in the G3 Sports Nippon Sho Kyoto Kimpai over 1600m. Should park just off the speed and looks sure to be in the finish. MINI TRANSAT (2) returned to winning form as favourite last start, scoring by a head over today's journey at Kyoto. Goes well over this journey with four wins and one minor placing. Twice placed at this level and can measure up again. MACMILLAN TESORO (14) turned in a fine effort to win by 2.5 lengths at today's track and distance last time out to build on a solid first-up effort. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
