Sawmill Gin Rating 0 - 58 Handicap 1200m
Raymond's Reward should lead but there are a few other speedy types who can keep him honest. SEE YA LATER BABY (1) comes through stronger racing where there are winners galore around him. Will appreciate the easier assignment and gets in well with the 3kg claim. Is clearly the one to beat. RAYMOND'S REWARD (3) bounced back last start when landing the prize at Penong. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is capable of another big performance. AUGUSTA ROCK (5) hit the frame two starts ago at Balaklava but ran below par last time over the mile. Drops back to a sprinting trip off a quick freshen and is drawn to land the box seat. Keeping safe. SO COUNTRY (2) was no match for an impressive winner last start at Lock when finishing third. Will have to be at his top to threaten the top few. SUGGESTED PLAY: See Ya Later Baby to win. |

Plains Producer Colts, Geldings & Entires Maiden Plate 1100m
Plenty of pace from Starcho Libre, Woodstock and Now East ahead of Merchant Of Greece. WOODSTOCK (10) is still learning but building nicely and should be ready to peak fourth-up after being beaten a long neck last time at Oakbank. Gets in well with the claim and should prove very tough to stop. NOW EAST (5) was poised to strike when resuming at Oakbank but just lacked a fitness edge. Is sure to have come on from that and gets in well with the 2kg claim. Expecting sharp improvement. BJARNE (2) finds the maiden win elusive but has some ratings littered through his form that can measure up here. Expect him to take a sit off the early speed and look to reel them in. STARCHO LIBRE (6) returns and looks best of the rest. SUGGESTED PLAY: Woodstock to win. |

Sportsbet Racing Replays Fillies & Mares Maiden Plate 1100m
Kentucky Women has good early speed and can set a decent tempo. GERACE (2) returns for the Lacy camp and looks to have come back in good order, assessing her jumpout in readiness. Expect her to burn across from the wide draw and give backers a sight. KAYLA KRUZEN (9) didn't fire a shot on debut before being spelled immediately. First run in 318 days, so may need the run but her two jumpouts in readiness suggest she's forward enough and the 3kg claim gets her in light at the weights. Is well placed to make a bright return. HERE SHE IS (7) warmed nicely late on debut behind a well supported winner. Is sure to have come on from that and rates a genuine hope. SOUTHERN MONARCH (4) has come along nicely in her jumpouts and is drawn to advantage. Expect her to play a role. SUGGESTED PLAY: Gerace each-way. |

Magic FM 105.9 Benchmark 54 Handicap 1100m
Miss Boom should spear straight to the front of the small field. SUNDOGG (5) finished over a length away last time but now meets him with a nice pull at the weights with the claimer engaged. Has proven tricky to catch but deserves strong consideration. MISS BOOM (3) got off the mark in great style two back but couldn't go on with the job last time. Drops back in trip and is drawn to advantage. Is sure to give backers a bold sight. WADAANA (6) hasn't won for a long time but has runs littered through her form that can measure up if presented on song. Keeping safe. FLYIN' FOR US (2) returns and has trial well in readiness. Draws well and can make his presence felt. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with Sundogg to win. |

SC Heinrich Class One Plate 1800m
Expecting Kikkuli to take up the running with Red Sparks and Scandalist close at hand. KIKKULI (3) accounted for his maiden victory in style last time at Strathalbyn, having enough in tank to hold off a fast finishing galloper who will be winning soon enough. Finally draws a gate and can keep the ball rolling over this longer trip. TERRITORIAN (4) has been threatening throughout this campaign and has proven frustrating but looks ready for this rise in distance. Should take closer order and have a strong dash in him. 2kg claimer going on gets him in well. Big threat. HOTCH POTCH (2) hasn't won for a long time but is knocking on the door. Drops back in journey, where she has run well. Worth keeping safe. HIT THE SLOPES (1) is mixing his form but can measure up if he brings his A-game. SUGGESTED PLAY: Kikkuli to win. |

Jim Barry Rating 0 - 60 Handicap 1800m
Moderate pace only with Crown And Anchor leading Following Sea. FOLLOWING SEA (2) will appreciate dropping back to this level after two sound efforts in town to kick off the prep. Strips fitter third-up and can run a big race stepping out to 1800m. MR TRAFFICANTI (7) was doing his best work late at Port Lincoln, looking to have got things back on track after a poor effort at Balaklava. Yet to miss the frame in two starts over this course and distance. and gets in light with the 3kg claimer engaged. Main danger. DOLCEMENTE (6) pulled up with excuses last start in town when well beaten. Had some good efforts littered through her form prior, and now drops back to a winning trip off a 49-day freshen. Draws well and can give this a shake if back in good order. EAGLELOU (3) doesn't win out of turn but is knocking on the door. Got home strongly over a similar trip at Kingscote two back. Expect him to drift back from his draw and try and reel them in late. SUGGESTED PLAY: Following Sea gets the nod. |

Platinum Ag Rating 0 - 52 Handicap 1200m
Expecting Prince Kuro to take up the running with Inner Sanctum and Ti Tree Royal close at hand. LAKEHURST (1) battled away soundly fresh, then took a good step forward when carrying the big weight to win at Broken Hill. Is open to further improvement third-up and gets 3kg off with the claim. Leading player. PRINCE KURO (5) hasn't won for a long time but strikes a much more suitable assignment back at this level. Should give himself every chance up on speed. Don't take lightly. EMMOOKI MAGIC (7) was beaten by the barest of margins when resuming here in February. Has been less effective in her last two but gets the chance to get things back on track from the kind draw. LIGHTLY SPARKLED (2) is yet to hit her straps since joining the Lynch stable but suspect she may be able improve sharply on the quick back-up. Keeping safe. SUGGESTED PLAY: Lakehurst can win again. |
