NUM TIME COMMENT
1 01:18 BARNICOTT PLUMBING MAIDEN 1200m
Strong early tempo with Elusive Dream, No Plastic and Bronte's Dream matching motors ahead of Wanna Cracker and Dreamtime Jean. WANNA CRACKER (5) is in the top local barn and has been narrowly beaten here both starts this preparation. Gets a gear tweak and fitter can take it out. DREAMTIME JEAN (6) brings decent form to resumption and has placed fresh. Impressed in a recent Lark Hill trial and will push forward. A live chance. ELUSIVE DREAM (1) is a stablemate to the top selection and brings good form to resumption. Faithful rides and will give him every chance. LADY DERRINGER (8) races forward and improved sharply placing second-up. She can build on that.  SUGGESTED PLAY: With Wanna Cracker.
2 01:58 JB CONTRACTING MAIDEN 1400m
Pace sure to be genuine from Yakyak and Dublin Red matching motors, closely followed by Fifty Words. DUBLIN RED (8) is speedy and peaks off two narrow defeats. Faithful takes over from the apprentice and she deserves to break through. FLYING THE FLAG (4) has been racing well without winning. Went very close last time and will bet every chance from an inside barrier. YAKYAK (6) runs along and go on the placing here two-back over this distance. She's also a quinella hope. EDWARD'S CHOICE (1) is a stablemate of Dublin Red and will be better for the first-up outing. Mixes the form but has the ability.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Dublin Red to win.
3 02:36 SCOOTER THE MARINER HANDICAP 1400m
Expecting Minor Detail to lead She's A Machine at just a moderate tempo. SEND 'EM (5) resumed here in a CL1 and just missed. He has more to offer and a senior hoop goes aboard. Has a handy gate and will get every chance to go one better. IMMODEST (4) resumes and has switched from Victoria's premier barn. Has raced well in stronger company and has a handy 2kg claim. On an 83-day return and keep very safe. REBEL SQUAW (7) improved at Esperance and then came here and went close. Has been kept on the fresh side and is in the mix. BETTER THAN EPIC (2) was tracking well and then flopped on the wet track here. Finds a touch easier and should enjoy a soft run. Has a 2kg claim today and also deserves consideration.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Send 'Em.
4 03:09 HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY JUDD FORREST HANDICAP 1606m
Strong early tempo assured from Shoot Ur Shot and Deel Red leading the way over It's A Lance. ARCADIA JEWEL (6) is third-up and ready to fire for the top local barn. Needs the mile now and Faithfull goes on. Rates well and is the one they have to beat. Stablemate IT'S A LANCE (2) improved again winning this grade second-up. The extra metres won't worry and fitter he's a chance to repeat. RED WITH TED (4) brings decent form from Esperance and Albany and has been kept on the fresh side. Stablemate DEEL RED (5) resumed here further improved and keeps the handy 2kg claim. Fitter and is in the mix again.  SUGGESTED PLAY: With Arcadia Jewel.
5 03:40 MR SIGNS HANDICAP 1200m
Blitzem Babe should lead at a slick tempo. LOOPY'S BABY (6) resumes for Peter Fernie and has switched from a metro barn. Has raced well in stronger and has placed 2/2 fresh. Faithfull is a positive jockey booking and count on her to manage the awkward gate. This is winnable if presented on song. KELLY'S LI ZA LU (5) will be fitter and is knocking on the door. Will settle back but the longer trip will suit. WITCH STREET (8) resumes and has won fresh. She gives away starts but has the handy 3kg claim and is likely to finish hard. BLITZEM BABE (9) resumes for Fernie and won the Maiden here two back fresh. Pulled up with an issue following and was immediately spelled. Has been away a while but is lightly raced and the betting should guide to her readiness. Keep safe.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Loopy's Baby appeals most.
6 04:10 KALGOORLIE RSL HANDICAP 1200m
Expecting Men's Club to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sharp trip. The Peter Fernie barn holds all the aces. GLUTEN FREE (4) found Ascot too tough but was quickly back on track winning the 64 here as expected. Draws to advantage and faithful sticks. Fitter and can go on with it. TALK IT UP (2) resumed in the same race beaten 1.6L and is back on track. Performs second-up and is a player with average luck in the run. MEN'S CLUB (1) resumed in stronger at Ascot and needed the outing. Has a handy 2kg claim and will use the low barrier. Has won 3/5 second up and quick improvement is likely. NODUSTONME (8) deserved the 70 win and that stacks up. Remains down in the weights and can't be ruled out.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Gluten Free.
7 04:40 GILL SMASH REPAIRS HANDICAP 1300m
Solid pace from High Pressure and Honest Legend fending off pressure from other on-pacers engaged. RED CADILLAC (3) impressed narrowly beaten on resumption. She won second-up and fitter should go close. Stablemate DANCE OF THUNDER (5) resumes and is right up to this if presented forward. His peaks are over further but he has a soft draw and Faithfull rides. No surprise to see him tuned up. COUNTER DRIVE (1) deserved the win this grade when leading all the way. The 2kg claimer will push forward and he's been kept on the fresh side. A chance to repeat. HIGH PRESSURE (2) led first up in the Red Cadillac race and folded up late. He's a second-up winner with more up his sleeve. Will have come on and has to be considered.  SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Red Cadillac.
