MARINO BALLERINA (7) is a seven-start maiden who finished sixth, beaten 7 lengths, when resuming from a spell last start over 1000m at Sapporo Dirt. Improvement to come and this is her chance to break through. SOUND COURAGE (14) is back from a break of four-and-a-half months. Only raced once last campaign which was a narrow defeat over 1400m at Kasamatsu. Lining up today for the first time for trainer Keiyuki Suzuki. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Best form puts him right in this. RAINIER (12) ran below expectations last time at this track, finishing fifth and beaten 3.5 lengths starting at $5.10. Hard to beat in this suitable race. VICROY (3) stuck on well when resuming last start to finish second over 1200m at this track after showing good early speed. Placed to advantage so expect a forward showing.
