Strong early tempo with Sixinch Heels, Earl It Is and Smart Shadow leading the way. FLOWER OF GOLD (4) jumped a 20-1 chance first-up but rattled home over the top to score by 1L in impressive fashion last star. She now gets Pike in the saddle and further improvement is expected both out in trip and second-up. Watch for her storming over the top once again. ACROSS GENERATIONS (2) drops in grade following a 1.7L defeat at Belmont last start in Open 3YO grade. Third-up now, he'll be at the peak of his powers and the slight rise in trip can suit. Finds the right race today. SIXINCH HEELS (9) looks to have plenty of class about her but just bumped into a sharp one at Belmont last time out. Drawn well again today and out in trip for the first time which is an interesting move. Stable is sharp though and she'll be in the finish. SMART SHADOW (5) can burn across and find the front from the wide draw and will take catching. SKY GOD (1) was too good at Northam last start and can repeat the dose. SUGGESTED PLAY: Flower Of Gold can go back-to-back.
