SIMPLY MAVERICK (2) was strong fresh when only finding one better and he's been kept up to the mark with a quiet trial since. He'll be prominent from the outset with Atzeni in the saddle from a good draw and he can make his presence felt. JUMBO LEGEND (10) is trending the right way following a 0.3L defeat at Sha Tin second-up in an eye-catching run. He's a winner at this track and trip previously, as well as a winner third-up. Watch for him storming home late. THE HEIR (7) is always thereabouts and is another who will be closing off strongly.
