Rekero to take charge ahead of King Halston at a good tempo. HADAR (1) has returned in terrific order this campaign, going close to making it back-to-back wins last start when beaten a long neck at Gawler. Strikes a similar assignment and only has to gold his form to be very competitive again. KING HALSTON (2) returns and makes his stable debut for the Bain & Taylor partnership. Has found it tough to knock off his second win but has his share of ability. Strips fitter for two lead-up trials and can play a major role. DOUBLE YOU OWE (5) did a good job second-up when finishing in the placings at Bordertown. Not as effective last start when in the market but deserves consideration with Holder going back on. THINKINGNINTYNINE (3) finally broke through for a well-deserved victory last start at Bordertown. Tougher this time but is in the mix. SUGGESTED PLAY: Hadar to win.
