CATHPAN (7) has been low flying recently, lifting strongly to score over 1400m at Mizusawa at the most recent outing to make it two straight victories. Has a strong association with Tatsunori Sugawara who has been in the saddle for her last two wins. Should be in the finish. KIICHI HELIOS (8) produced a good run two starts back to finish second but was below par last time when out of the placings at Mizusawa over the same trip. Can atone. SEI WARRIOR (10) was well in commission last start over 1400m at Mizusawa when fifth. Great chance to atone. RIKEA PENNE (9) ran fourth at her latest appearance over 1400m at Mizusawa. Has definite claims.
