Solid tempo anticipated with Cape Cod and Share Our Secret leading the way. CAPE COD (6) started even-money and did a good job but found one better on debut last time out over 900m at Newcastle. Beautifully bred filly who will appreciate a bit more ground today. Clearly the big threat. FLAUNTER (10) worked home well to get up for second in an impressive debut over 1000m at this track recently. Tricky gate but will be hard to hold out over a bit more ground today. NULKABA STAR (3) did a good job to finish runner-up over 1200m at Gosford last start. That form should stack up but his record of 20 starts without a win is concerning. NORTHERN EAGLE (2) found the line well at Tamworth last time and this slightly longer trip will suit. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Cape Cod.
