OMASA (6) is in a purple patch of form with his seventh straight win coming last time out over 1400m at this track. Far too good last time and expected to go right on with it. ORIGINE ARIA (5) has put together a couple of wins at this course, the latest on May 22 over 1400m when she got home by 0.8 lengths. Likely to be in the finish again. SAKUHARU (3) finished tenth last time out over 1200m at this track three weeks ago. Steps up in distance today. Drawn to go forward and can be competitive. SHADOW CASTLE (4) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1600m at this track. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
