Off the low draw Solis Clavis should lead at a genuine tempo. TAGANO BABYLON (4) built on a nice second two starts back at Tokyo Dirt with a win over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt seven weeks ago, getting home by a neck. Meeting a tougher field but on current form he is one of the key runners. TESTIMONE (5) returns here after three-and-a-half months. Had a successful maiden preparation, winning two times from five starts. At the latest outing he finished eighth over 1900m at Kyoto Dirt on May 3. Makes plenty of appeal. SOLIS CLAVIS (2) last appeared ten weeks ago when he won over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt. Form shown last campaign makes for good reading winning two on end before a spell. SCHALKHAFT (11) is putting together some solid results. Finished second at Listed level at Kyoto Dirt two starts back then scored by 1.75 lengths last time out over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt. Steps up a level but he is good enough to figure in the finish.
