KEI EMPEREUR (7) hit the frame two starts ago but ran below par last time when sixth over 1400m at this track. Finds a nice race and can bounce back. KANADERU FUNK (8) settled well back when eighth over 1500m at Nagoya last start. Expected to improve sharply. SHISHAMO (1) settled well back and when 11th over 1500m at Nagoya five weeks ago. Perfectly placed and look for a better run here. GAKEPPUCHI (2) failed to figure again last time over 1400m at this track when fifth. Cannot be discounted.
