Looks to be plenty of pace with Alf's Magic and Intoxel battling for the lead.
RUBYDOO (10) had been racing well until a last start failure at Gatton which was brought about by a poor getaway. Should find a nice trailing position from the favourable draw and is in the right race to return to form. WRITTEN FAME (2) has a fair way off the lead on straightening then let down in great style on the heavy track to score with ease last time out over 1000m at Kempsey. Has won two of four over this slightly longer trip so back-to-back successes is on the cards. IOBJECT (3) has struggled in a couple of Class 6 sprints since finishing third in a similar race to this at Murwillumbah three back. Six tries at this distance have yielded five top three finishes. Right in the mix. TRYANZA (7) led all the way to score over this trip at Grafton when resuming three back. Not as effective in two subsequent outings over 1000m. This is his right race. STOINKA (6) has been in the frame at eight of ten runs at Lismore. A must for the exotics. SUGGESTED PLAY: Rubydoo each-way.
