Looks a keen contest with Straight Through and Dupont pressing for the lead with Swiper and Aoom's Choice close at hand.
JUSTICE SERVED (3) has put together three solid performances, the latest a game second over 1890m at Toowoomba in heavy going. Gets a bit of weight relief from that run and should have no trouble getting this trip. The one to beat. AOOM'S CHOICE (5) continued her impressive recent form with a driving win over 2000m at Toowoomba last time out. Getting up in the weights but she is a lightly raced mare that keeps improving. DUPONT (7) raced handy but lacked a turn of foot in a Class 2 over the mile at Coffs Harbour recently. Finds an easier assignment today and is looking for this sort of journey now. ZAYNUDIN (2) whacked away to finish fifth in the 3170m slog at Grafton last start. Dour type who will be finding the line well. AMALGAMATION (4) resumes. Has trialled three times heading into this so might be ready to run a bit of a race. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Justice Served.
