RED BELLE DANSE (9) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 4.5 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1700m at this track after being in the firing line on the turn. Likely improver with strong prospects. DOGGED (6) did her best work late and finished 4.5 lengths from the winner in fourth last start over 1800m at Sapporo, an improvement on her first-up ninth at Hakodate Dirt the run before. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. DERMA MOON (2) started at $8.30 last time and ran below expectations, finishing eighth and beaten 11 lengths at Hakodate Dirt over 1700m. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. MEISHO TIEPIN (4) scored two back at Hakodate Dirt but was below his best last time when sixth over 1700m at Hakodate Dirt. Deserves another chance.
