Blistering early pace from Smith And Wesson, Var Park and Tiger Storm taking each other on, with a few others in keen pursuit. CAPTAIN EFFICIENT (6) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1160m at Turffontein Standside, beaten 4 lengths into fifth. Finds a nice race and can feature in the finish. TIGER STORM (3) scored his maiden win here last time out over today's trip, getting the decision by 0.8 lengths. Shaping up nicely and he is definitely worth including. SMITH AND WESSON (1) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 2.75 lengths away in fourth last time out over 1000m at Turffontein Standside. Beautifully placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. VAR PARK (2) has not won for a long while. Last raced on January 18 when beaten 3.5 lengths into sixth at Turffontein Standside over 1000m. Perfectly placed and is sure to prove hard to beat.
