Although a few sit handy there won't be a great deal of early pressure. BENAMERA (3) went close at Goulburn and again at Orange following. He will position forward from the inside barrier and is well-placed to break through. KAFFIR LILY (11) resumes for a top Sydney stable and gauge her ability on the 1.3L defeat at Canberra on debut. She has two metro trials under her belt and will be naturally improved. Draws awkwardly but is hard to risk. Ditto stablemate HINUNE (10) who held on the place at Dubbo first-up. Her Kembla Grange effort on debut was promising and she can also come back better. The betting will be key with this pair. HERAION (9) peaks and comes back to country level. Maps well and has trialled at Hawkesbury since last seen. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Benamera.
