At the last run before the layoff she finished fourth over 1600m at Turffontein Standside. Opened last prep with a minor placing at Turffontein Inside over 1450m. Can make a winning return. SILVERY SURFER (3) finished 5.5 lengths from the winner in fourth last start over 1000m at this track, an improvement on his seventh on debut at Fairview All Weather the run before. Finds a nice race and can play a significant role. GRAND OASIS (4) progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 1600m at Fairview All Weather after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. STORMSTRIDE (10) finished second over 1300m at Fairview All Weather at his most recent appearance on November 22. Makes plenty of appeal.
