He was settled at the rear of the field and finished off his race strongly. Three of his six career victories have come on this course. If repeating that effort in this field, he may find himself in the winner's enclosure. THE MIKADO (6) won a good race in his last start over 2300m on the turf. The son of Danon Platina is in a good space and merits healthy respect. ALLAROUNDTHEWORLD (3) has consistent form lines to his credit. He won his penultimate outing over this course and distance. He is likely to get his own way in front from barrier three and may be hard to peg back. LUCRETIUS (4) produced another moderate effort last start when 5 lengths from the winner in fifth over 1950m at Scottsville. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
