Not as effective last time out when seventh over 1400m at this track, beaten 13 lengths. Likely improver with strong prospects. COSMONAUT (2) ran above expectations and got up for third at long odds at his latest appearance at this track over 1500m. Change of jockey to Taiga Kurihara who has a strong record when aboard with a win and three placings from four rides. Sure to be competitive. VETER (3) was in the money two starts back at this track but was unable to repeat the effort last time when ninth, beaten 18 lengths, at this track over 1400m. Open to improvement and should be about the money.
