Not a great deal of early pace evident so it may be left to one or more of the healthy contingent of first starters to set the tempo. HEY NOW HEY NOW (8) found the line nicely on debut at Cranbourne over this trip, in the market and hitting the frame out wide when beaten just two lengths. Better for that and looks to have found a relatively winnable heat of this series, drawn ideally in three. DASHER (3) has been solid in two runs back from a spell and rates an each-way hope with natural improvement. ACELUM (2) is a gelding by The Autumn Sun on debut. Damian Lake booked is a good lead. JENNI INTIBA (9) perhaps next best on debut. SUGGESTED PLAY: Hey Now Hey Now to win.
